Hey I haven't heard from you lately! Do you want to catch some dinner later? I want to fill you in on my search for my friend and you know...I want to hear about what you've been up to. [There's a crackling electric sound and someone can be heard yelping in the background; obviously startled]

Sure....Uh, is everything alright?

Oh yeah. Just ran into a little trouble with some masked guys making an unauthorized withdrawl from the bank. [She says with a chuckled] It's fine though. They're all done and the police are here now.

It was all pretty clean and I'm heading away now before I get involved in some news photoshoot.

What about you? Sounds pretty busy on your end too.

OH, right. Your job. You're not hurt though, right?

[Her smile was in her voice.]

Hang on. I'm getting another call. Let me put you on hold.

[There was the faint sound of the sirens in the distance in the background right before Kate put her on hold. Kate took the opportunity to check the police scanner for any action nearby. Luckily, it was just the police on their way to check out the already handled bank robbery. Kate took Sarah off hold.]

Sorry about that. It was Dad. So, I was just at a bookstore so I'm not really that busy. Where you at? Maybe we can meet up?
